Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from and in addition to delivery time.

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. This is an estimate only — not a guarantee.

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over US$100. For orders below US$100, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

CORSO ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar destination charges imposed by their country, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control. CORSO is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border authorities.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed or is being processed.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If you experience a significant delivery problem, please contact us at corsosupport@gmail.com. We will reasonably assist by providing available carrier and tracking information. CORSO does not make guarantees regarding carrier investigations or reimbursements beyond what applicable law requires.
