At CORSO, we strive to present every basketball backpack, bag, and piece of athletic apparel with maximum visual fidelity. However, because of studio lighting, screen calibration variations, and industrial fabric production, slight variances between online photos and physical items may naturally occur.

Notice to Buyers

By purchasing from CORSO, you acknowledge and agree that product images displayed across our store are intended to provide the closest possible representation of color, texture, and build. Slight, normal variations resulting from digital display technologies, photographic lighting setups, and textile manufacturing do not constitute product defects or misrepresentations.

01 — What Causes Minor Variations

Understanding Color & Visual Differences

Here are the primary technical and environmental factors that explain why in-hand gear can look slightly different from digital photos.

Studio vs. Ambient Lighting

Our product imagery is shot in high-definition studios using balanced 5500K continuous daylight softboxes and strobes to capture fine stitching, weave, and zipper mechanisms. In everyday settings—such as warm incandescent home lighting, fluorescent locker rooms, or overcast outdoor skies—the exact hue and luster will shift warmer, cooler, or darker.

Screen & Device Calibration

Colors render differently across different display panels (OLED, AMOLED, IPS LCD, Liquid Retina). Software features such as Apple True Tone, Night Shift, Android eye comfort shields, custom color profiles (sRGB vs. Display P3), and screen brightness levels significantly alter how color saturation and contrasts appear on your screen.

Fabric Sheen & Textures

Our bags utilize high-tensile technical materials—such as ballistic polyester, polyurethane coatings, ripstop mesh, and reflective piping. These materials interact dynamically with directional light; they may appear semi-gloss or reflective when illuminated head-on, while appearing deep matte under indirect angles.

Production Dye Lot Batches

Raw yarn and fabric batches undergo industrial immersion dyeing. While suppliers follow strict laboratory color recipes, minor micro-variances (within international textile manufacturing tolerances) are standard between different production dates. Two bags of the same colorway produced months apart may exhibit fractional shade variations.

Unique Pattern Placement

Bags featuring camouflage motifs, marbling, gradient color fades, or all-over streetwear artwork (including our Sprayground selections) are cut from expansive textile rolls. As a result, the exact arrangement, centering, and orientation of graphics and camo splatters on your unit are unique to that bag and will not be an identical 1:1 match with the photographed sample.

Minor Component Revisions

To enhance durability and comfort, manufacturers occasionally introduce subtle non-functional production refinements (such as reinforced pull tabs, internal lining stitch patterns, buckle finishes, or updated care label fonts). These updates do not alter the silhouette, performance, quality, or authenticity of your product.

02 — Specifications

Dimensions &
Sizing Tolerances

All listed backpack dimensions (height, width, depth) and carrying volume capacities (liters) are measured when gear is fully structured and packed.

Due to manual tailoring, flexible materials, and compartment expansion, standard industry tolerances of ±1–2 cm (0.5–1 inch) may apply.

Ball & Shoe Compartment Sizing

Our basketball bags (V1, V2, and V3) are engineered to accommodate standard regulation basketballs (Size 7) and athletic shoes. Shoe sleeve fit depends on shoe profile: low-top sneakers comfortably fit up to US 14–15, while bulky high-tops or platform silhouettes may occupy more internal space.

Apparel & Jersey Sizing

EYBL and athletic apparel measurements follow standard athletic cuts. We recommend reviewing our dedicated Sizing Guides before ordering. If you prefer a relaxed or layered fit over hoodies, consider sizing up.

03 — Peace of Mind

What Is Covered vs. Normal Variance

We want you to shop with 100% confidence. Here is how we clearly distinguish standard visual variance from legitimate issues that our guarantee protects.

• Expected & Normal Variance
  • • Subtle shift in tone between your phone screen and natural room light
  • • Different positioning of camouflage patches or print cuts on your bag
  • • Minor variation in zipper pull stamping or interior tag typography
  • • Slight dimensional flex (±1–2 cm) based on how compartments are packed
✓ 100% Covered by CORSO Guarantee
  • ✓ Completely incorrect colorway or model received (e.g., ordered Triple Black, received Red Camo)
  • ✓ Defective or broken zippers, clasps, or shoulder strap hardware upon arrival
  • ✓ Rips, torn seams, fabric punctures, or transit damage
  • ✓ Any material departure from published functional specifications
