Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of corso.world (the “Site”) and any purchase from CORSO (“CORSO”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

CORSO is an online retailer of basketball backpacks operating from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at support@corso.world.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Younger customers may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the order.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Some products are rare, discontinued or limited in quantity, and we cannot restock them. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Manufacturer or brand names shown in product imagery belong to their respective owners and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, duties and shipping are shown or calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund any amount already charged, for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, stock issues or legal restrictions.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use per order unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes do not apply to shipping unless stated.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for accurate shipping details and for customs duties and import taxes in your country.

8. Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom and other regions with a statutory cancellation right may also rely on our Right of Withdrawal notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, text, graphics and other original content belong to CORSO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights
  • Commit fraud or place orders using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission
  • Post or send abusive, defamatory or unlawful content

11. Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share, and you grant CORSO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content at our discretion.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services (payments, hosting, shipping, analytics) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

13. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORSO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any right to bring proceedings in your home courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and CORSO for use of the Site and purchases.
