Right of Withdrawal

This notice explains the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase that applies to consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (and any other place where the law gives you a similar right to cancel distance purchases). It applies to you only if you are a consumer, meaning you are buying for purposes outside your trade or profession. It sits alongside, and takes priority over, the final-sale terms in our Refund & Return Policy.

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your contract with CORSO within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last parcel.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right, you must tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, by an unequivocal statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, at no fee to you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. Contact support@corso.world first and we will give you the return address and instructions. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we sent you the wrong item or a faulty or damaged item, in which case we cover it.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return items unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories, and keep proof of postage.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law excludes it, including for goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

Faulty or Wrongly Sent Items

The right of withdrawal is separate from your legal guarantee rights. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you keep all your statutory rights, and we will handle them as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
